Creating
Positive Personal
Connection & Interaction

Training & Coaching for
Teams & Individuals

OYSIA works with teams and individuals to improve personal communication, connection and collaboration.

OYSIA generates acceptance for different communication and working styles and motivates the usage of a broader set of communication skills to better connect and collaborate.

The Greek word OYSIA means “beingness” and describes our approach. We invite clients to access their entire being (intellect & emotions & body senses) when they connect & interact with others.

We inspire our clients to show more of themselves and to create trust and engagement.

OYSIA’s work is grounded in the methodologies of the Coactive Training Institute (CTI) the Centre of Right Relationships (CRR Global) and the Process Communication Model® (PCM).

We are inspired by the Mindfulness work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, the facilitation techniques of CORexperience and the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) philosophies and practices of Marshall B. Rosenberg.

OYSIA increases the capacity for effective interaction.

The OYSIA Team

We work and live what we teach. Connecting & Interacting with mind & heart, showing both, strength and vulnerability, listening to each other, and challenging each other to make progress individually, as a team and as a company.

"My biggest challenge
in working with clients is to truly accept that
their view of the world is equally valid to mine."

"The big step in becoming an impactful coach was moving from being curious about my clients, to get them to be really curious about themselves."

"Working with teams
around the world,
I realized that
I needed to face my fears and take the initiative. Sharing this has inspired
my audiences to challenge their limiting beliefs."
